COVID 19 Vaccination Update
We are looking forward to your visit! MOHAI follows the King County safety recommendations and is not currently requiring proof of vaccination.
Masks
In alignment with many local arts and culture organizations, MOHAI will continue to require all individuals age 3 and older to wear masks when visiting the museum until the level of community transmission in King County falls to a low level per CDC guidelines.
If you forgot your mask, masks are available onsite, and locally made masks are available to purchase in the MOHAI Mercantile.
Timed Tickets
Walk-up visitors are always welcome, or visitors may reserve a time slot prior to arrival. Click here to reserve/purchase timed tickets now. You may enter at any time during your 30-minute timed ticket window.
Social Distancing
All of our permanent exhibits are also open, including The Bezos Center for Innovation, True Northwest: The Seattle Journey, Maritime Seattle and Kid-Struction Zone.
Social distancing is encouraged. A suggested one-way path and floor markers are located throughout the galleries spaced six feet apart as a reminder of safe social distancing.
Exhibits and Public Areas
Museum staff are sanitizing surfaces regularly for safety. Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the museum.
