- The earliest arrival time is 9:45 am. Self-guided programs are scheduled to begin 15 minutes after an arrival time to allow for a museum introduction.
- Field trips last a minimum of two hours.
- Please make sure that the arrival and departure times will work prior to requesting to book a field trip. If a shorter visit is required, please schedule a self-guided field trip instead, bring fewer classes, or spread classes out over a second field trip.
