Understanding Bias in Artificial Intelligence

This event has passed.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) often conjures up images of objective, all-knowing robots. However, AI is deeply subjective, reflecting the biases of the humans who make it. Join Dylan Baker, an engineer and researcher at the Distributed AI Research (DAIR) Institute, for a discussion on how AI works, and its impacts in our day-to-day lives.
